Job Description
Lead Influencer Operations
Role Objective
Manage and scale the brands influencer ecosystem by ensuring high-quality content output, strong creator relationships, and consistent publishing momentum across platforms.
This role focuses on maintaining content standards, supporting creators in performance improvement, and building a reliable influencer pipeline.
What Youll Own
1. Influencer Portfolio Management
- Manage 150250 influencers with structured tracking systems
- Own performance dashboards (views, hook rate, sentiment, saves)
- Identify drop-offs and escalate underperformance
2. Content & Trend Intelligence
- Daily scanning of Instagram, YouTube, Reddit for trend signals
- Create weekly trend briefs for influencer cohorts
- Spot emerging hook formats before saturation
3. Quality Control & Brand Compliance
- Ensure alignment with brand tonality and claim guidelines
- Audit influencer content for:
- Medical claim risk
- Script fatigue
- Over-repetition
- Poor framing / low engagement hooks
4. Automation & Process Scaling
- Work with ops to:
- Standardize onboarding flows
- Build automation triggers
- Create content approval systems
- Reduce human error in tracking
