Youll help us build alarge creator ecosystem producing hundreds of videos every month, working withthousands of creators every month, and scale influencer marketing into one of the brands biggest growth channels.

• Build and scaleinfluencer marketing as a key growth channel
• Work with2000+ creators every monthacross Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Executehigh-volume creator campaignsthat generate bothcontent and conversions
• Work closely withinfluencer agencies and creator networks
• Manage campaigns acrossnano, micro, mid-tier and large creators
• Build aUGC engine producing large volumes of content for performance ads
• Negotiate influencer partnerships and optimizecost vs performance
• Track campaign performance and continuously improveROI and sales impact
• Collaborate with theperformance marketing team to turn creator content into high-performing ads

• 4-6+ years experience in influencer marketing
• Experience withD2C brands (Wellness / Beauty / Personal Care preferred)
• Experience working withinfluencer agencies
• Strongcreator relationships and network
• Ability to executelarge-scale creator campaigns
• Experience working withnano to celebrity creators
• Highlyexecution-focused and result-driven
• Comfortable working in afast-paced startup environment

• Experience generatinghigh-volume UGC for performance marketing
• Builtcreator programs or ambassador programs
• Experience scaling influencer campaigns intomajor revenue channels
