Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer initiatives. This is a strategic role for someone who not only understands the influencer ecosystem but can also lead campaigns that drive measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of influencers, excellent communication and people management skills, and a solid understanding of the fitness, wellness, and supplements industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy & Campaign Execution:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and ROI goals.
- Plan and implement result-driven influencer campaigns, from ideation to execution.
- Create and manage comprehensive influencer content strategies, including content formats, messaging, and platform distribution.
- Collaborate with influencers to ensure content is brand-aligned, engaging, and optimized for each channel.
Planning, Execution & Reporting:
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and review processes.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth campaign rollouts.
- Generate post-campaign performance reports highlighting reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI metrics, with actionable insights for improvement.
- Use data to optimize future campaigns and ensure continuous performance enhancement.
Influencer Relationship Management:
- Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators who align with the brands tone, voice, and audience.
- Onboard and brief influencers thoroughly on campaign goals, brand guidelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain strong communication and provide continuous support to maximize influencer satisfaction and performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the social media, content, and design teams to align on campaign deliverables, daily social content, and timelines.
- Coordinate with performance marketing and analytics teams to align influencer efforts with overall campaign KPIs.
Team Leadership & Communication:
- Lead and mentor junior influencer executives, ensuring quality output and on-time delivery.
- Represent the influencer vertical in internal marketing meetings and provide strategic inputs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, people management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and manage multiple influencer relationships with a professional, collaborative approach.
- Strong understanding of influencer platforms, social media dynamics, and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of fitness, wellness, and nutritional supplements is preferred.
- Experience with ROI-based marketing and performance analysis.
- Highly organized, creative, and result-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
