About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly drivenInfluencerMarketingManagerwho can independently own and executeinfluencer-led campaigns end-to-end. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing creators, negotiating deals, developing scripts, coordinating content production, and delivering high-performing campaigns within strict timelines. Experience with leadinginfluencermarketingtools and platforms is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Campaign Ownership
- Conceptualise, plan, and executeinfluencermarketingcampaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
- Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevantinfluencers (micro, macro, celebrity) aligned to brand objectives.
- Create campaign briefs, write scripts/storyboards, and share detailed content guidelines with creators.
- Negotiate deliverables, costs, timelines, and usage rights withinfluencers and agencies.
2. Content Production & Quality Control
- Ensure creators deliver high-quality content in line with brand messaging, positioning, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate revisions, re-shoots, and content edits while maintaining positive creator relationships.
- Work towardstimely delivery of assets for campaign launches and performance tracking.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Useinfluencermarketingtools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Upfluence, Qoruz, KlugKlug, Winkl,affable.aietc) to:
- Discover talent
- Evaluateinfluencerauthenticity & audience quality
- Track campaign performance
- Analyze results (reach, engagement, hook rate, hold rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize future strategies.
- Maintain internal dashboards, reports, and monthly performance trackers.
4. Relationship & Community Building
- Build long-term relationships with high-performinginfluencers and creator agencies.
- Maintain a strong internal creator database across categories, regions, and niches.
- Stay updated on creator trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Content, Creative, Paid Media, and Brand teams to aligninfluencerinitiatives with broadermarketinggoals.
- Collaborate with performance teams to integrate paid boosts/whitelisting intoinfluencerrollouts.
Requirements Must-Have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience ininfluencermarketingat anInfluencerAgencyorD2C Consumer Brand.
- Proven track record of running measurable, high-performinginfluencercampaigns.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing monthlyinfluencerbudgets.
- Ability to write strong scripts, hooks, briefs, and content directions.
- Proficiency withinfluencerplatforms (Qoruz, KlugKlug, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, affable.ai, etc.).
- Excellent project management skillsability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of performance metrics such as engagement rate, audience quality, ROAS impact ofinfluencercontent, etc.
Good-to-Have
- Experience running large-scale creator programs.
- Understanding of D2C funnels and UGC amplification for ads.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and howinfluencercreatives impact paid performance.
