About the Role


This is a key role in driving course and workshop sales through influencer-led partnerships for ET AI Academy. The role is focused on identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers who can effectively promote and sell learning programs to relevant professional audiences.This includes building strong influencer relationships, co-creating sales-oriented content and campaigns, tracking performance and conversions, and managing performance-linked budgets to achieve registration and revenue targets.


Work Responsibilities


  • Stay updated on online education industry trends and influencer marketing best practices to refine strategies continuously.
  • Trend spotting and innovation - Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging influencer marketing tools, and platform algorithm changes
  • Continuously track emerging AI tools with a strong bias toward hands-on testing and practical, real-world application
  • Identifying and onboarding relevant influencers and creators across business, technology, and professional education categories
  • Working with influencers to create conversion-oriented content (posts, videos, lives, webinars, emailers, community drops)
  • Tracking and analysing leads, registrations, conversions, and ROI
  • Managing influencer budgets and payouts aligned to measurable sales performance (diff revenue models and optimize it - CPL, CPC, revenue-share, and affiliate models)
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Masterclasses


Skills, Experience & Expertise


  • 2-4 years of experience in partnerships with a strong network of influencers (content & education space in AI, Tech domain), influencer marketing agency, influencer marketing role etc.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Strong understanding of applied AI concepts, tools, and real-world use cases (LLMs, automation, analytics, copilots, etc.), with the ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences.


Eligibility


  • Bachelors degree in any field as long as you love social media and have a deep interest in working on influencer marketing
