Influencer Marketing Manager (Hybrid) CollabX (Powered by DWS)


CollabX is growing, and were looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team in a hybrid role.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and scalewhere creators, budgets, performance, and negotiation all come together.

What Youll Do
  • Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from brief to execution and performance analysis
  • Manage creator collaborations, negotiations, and relationships at scale
  • Own campaign budgets and drive ROI-focused decisions (CAC, scaling, performance optimization)
  • Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Work across high-impact sectors including fintech, foodtech, and beauty
  • Collaborate with internal teams and brands to deliver measurable outcomes
What Were Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience managing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong experience with gaming app campaigns is a big plus
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics (ROI, CAC, scaling)
  • Confidence in handling negotiations and managing multiple creators/campaigns simultaneously
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindsetfrom concept to results
