Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Influencer Marketing Manager. The role involves identifying and building strategic relationships with influencers, planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, and analyzing the performance and ROI of campaigns. The Influencer Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate partnerships with influencers, and maintain a database of potential collaborators while staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in influencer outreach and relationship building, including identifying potential collaborators and establishing partnerships.
  • Experience in social media strategy, campaign planning, and leveraging platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and others.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, measuring campaign performance, and generating actionable insights to optimize strategies.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiations, budgeting, and managing influencer marketing budgets effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and tools relevant to influencer marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or brand partnerships is an advantage.
