At ADSTA, we help fashion, lifestyle, and retail brands scale their visibility and revenue through strategic influencer marketing, Meta ads, Google ads and high-performance social media campaigns.
Weve powered footfall-driving campaigns for Indias top exhibitions and fashion events.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
Plan and execute influencer campaigns as per marketing objectives and timelines
Coordinate with influencers for content briefs, deliverables, posting schedules, and approvals
Negotiate commercials and manage influencer contracts and payouts
Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)
Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, performance, client servicing)
Ensure brand guidelines and campaign messaging are followed correctly
Handle influencer follow-ups, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
Requirements & Skills
13 years of experience in Influencer Marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms & influencer ecosystem
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Experience with campaign reporting and performance metrics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
Good to Have
Experience working with events, lifestyle, fashion, or entertainment brands
Existing influencer network
Basic understanding of paid collaborations and performance marketing
Familiarity with tools like influencer platforms, Excel/Sheets, CRM
