Job Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy Influencer Marketing Lead to build and scale Wiingys creator-led growth engine. We arent looking for traditional "brand awareness" PR; we need an architect who can build a high-volume UGC flywheel and a sustainable Global Ambassador Program .
Your goal is to turn authentic student and parent voices into our most powerful acquisition channel.
You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing a massive network of creators in the US market to drive predictable, measurable growth.
The role is focussed on US Market
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Onsite (6 days a week)
What you will do:
1. Ambassador Program Architecture
- Design and execute an "always-on" Global Ambassador Program specifically for the US market.
- Build scalable systems to manage 50-100 active creator relationships simultaneously without losing content quality.
- Create tiered incentive structures that reward performance, retention, and high-quality storytelling.
2. Sourcing & Talent Scouting
- Act as a talent scout to identify rising creators in the US across niches like education, parenting, student productivity, and life hacks.
- Manage high-volume outreach and negotiations to ensure a consistent pipeline of new creators joining the Wiingy ecosystem every week.
3. Content Strategy & UGC Direction
- Develop "hook-heavy" briefs that guide creators to produce high-converting UGC for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Ensure all content demonstrates real Wiingy use cases-tutor sessions, platform ease-of-use, and learning outcomes.
- Bridge the gap between "creator authenticity" and "brand guidelines" to ensure every video resonates and converts.
4. Growth & Performance Analytics
- Track the "north star" metrics: sign-ups, demo bookings, and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) per creator.
- Use data to identify winning content hooks and double down on high-performing creator personas.
- Work with the paid marketing team to "whitelist" and scale the best-performing UGC as paid social ads.
5. End-to-End Execution
- Own the entire creator lifecycle: from the first cold DM/email to contract signing, product onboarding, content review, and final payout.
What you should have:
- 13 years of experience in influencer marketing, specifically focused on UGC or performance-driven campaigns.
- US Market Native-Level Understanding: You are "chronically online" and understand US social trends, slang, and what makes a video go viral.
- Execution Orientation: You have a high bias for action and can handle the "grind" of high-volume outreach and coordination.
- Data-First Mindset: You care more about conversion rates and UTM tracking than "likes" and "aesthetic" feeds.
- Exceptional Communicator: You can write persuasive outreach copy and build rapport with creators across time zones.
