Job Description

Role Summary


We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead in a 10 year old influencer agency who can independently own, grow, and execute

influencer-led brand campaigns within our agency.


This role is ideal for someone who understands influencer marketing end-to-end from creator

discovery and campaign ideation to brand integration, execution, and account growth. You will work closely with the business development team during client discussions and take full ownership of campaigns once projects are closed.


This is not a coordination or support role.

This is an ownership-driven role within influencer marketing.


Core Objective


Own and scale influencer marketing initiatives for assigned brands by: Designing and executing

high-quality influencer campaigns Building strong, long-term brand relationships Driving repeat collaborations and account growth Success in this role is measured through campaign quality, client satisfaction, and growth of influencer-led accounts.


Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Marketing Strategy

Understand brand objectives, audience, and campaign goals Translate brand briefs into effective influencer marketing strategies Identify and onboard relevant creators across platforms Ensure authentic and impactful brand integrations 2. Client Interaction & Planning

Participate in client meetings along with the BD team Understand requirements, timelines, and

budgets Contribute to campaign proposals and execution plans Support closure discussions when

required


3. Campaign Execution & Delivery

Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end Coordinate creators, timelines, and deliverables Ensure timely execution and content quality Maintain strong day-to-day communication with brands

Team & Account Growth

Begin with execution support as required As campaign volume increases, work with leadership to scale support responsibly Guide junior team members on execution best practices Identify repeat and long-term collaboration opportunities



What Were Looking For


Must-Have

Strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator ecosystems Comfortable interacting with

brands and creators Ability to convert briefs into executable influencer ideas High ownership,

accountability, and problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently



Good to Have

Prior experience at an influencer marketing agency Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube,

Shorts, Reels Understanding of campaign performance and reporting What This Role Is NOT
