At Reelax , were building a self-serve + assisted platform that helps brands collaborate with creators faster, transparently, and at scale.

This role is designed for high-potential freshers who want to learn influencer marketing the right way combining relationships, tech, and execution.

• 36 months structured training
• Stipend: Rs 15,000 - Rs 20,000 per month
• On successful completion, youll be promoted to Junior Account Executive with:
• Higher CTC
• Ownership of live brands & campaigns
• Clear growth path

• Discover, evaluate, and onboard creators onto the Reelax platform
• Help creators understand briefs, deliverables, and timelines
• Support negotiation of deliverables and pricing using platform workflows

• Assist in executing influencer campaigns end-to-end (brief creator delivery)
• Match the right creators to brand requirements using data + judgment
• Coordinate campaign execution with minimal manual follow-ups

• Help brands and creators adopt self-serve features on Reelax
• Reduce dependency on WhatsApp/manual coordination over time
• Maintain clean campaign data, communication, and timelines inside the platform

• Build strong working relationships with creators and internal teams
• Act as a reliable point of contact during active campaigns

• Education: Graduate (any discipline)
• Interest: Strong curiosity about creators, social media, and digital trends
• Experience:
• Internships, campus ambassador roles, events, or community work is a plus
• Skills:
• Clear communication (written & verbal)
• Good organization and follow-through
• Willingness to learn negotiation and stakeholder handling
• Mindset:
• Comfortable with tools & dashboards
