Management Trainee Influencer Marketing

At Qoruz, we work closely with influencers, creators, and brands to bring impactful campaigns to life. Were looking for fresh graduates who are curious, proactive, and excited to step into the world of influencer marketing.

For the first 36 months, youll be part of our training phase, where youll learn the ins and outs of influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and creator relationships while working closely with the team. During this period, the monthly compensation will be 15,000, and after the training period, the CTC will be revised based on performance.

What Youll Do

Connect with social media influencers and bring them onto the Qoruz platform

Build strong relationships with creators through regular interactions

Coordinate with bloggers, influencers, and celebrities during live campaigns

Help execute influencer campaigns from start to finish

Find the right creators that match brand campaign requirements

Support discussions around campaign deliverables and timelines

A graduate whos excited about the creator economy

Someone who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships

Interest in social media, influencers, and digital trends

Internship experience, campus ambassador roles, or event involvement is a bonus

Good communication and coordination skills
