ROLE : INFLUENCER MARKETING EXECUTIVE

WHAT YOU WILL DO ?

• Scout, filter, and onboard creators across Instagram, YouTube & more.
• Maintain an organised creator database (niche, pricing, performance, audience).
• Coordinate briefs, deliverables, timelines, and campaign execution.
• Negotiate with creators and close deals within budget.
• Track creator performance and keep pricing updated.
• Recommend the right creators and formats based on client goals.
• Stay updated on trends, viral formats & platform changes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

• 03 years experience (Freshers welcome).
• Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with a multi-tasking mindset.
• Data-driven, creative, and proactive.

BONUS POINTS :

• Experience running creator campaigns.
• Ability to identify emerging talent and trends.
