Idiotic Media, one of Indias leading Influencer & Digital Marketing agencies, is looking for an enthusiastic and performance-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Andheri.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Social Media and emerging platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
• Prepare campaign proposals, negotiation decks, briefs, and timelines.
• Closely monitor campaign performance, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics such as CPV, ROI, Engagement Rate, and other KPIs.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and optimization suggestions.
• Collaborate with internal teamscontent, finance, operationsto ensure smooth execution.
• Stay updated with influencer trends, platform updates, and competitive activities.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in Influencer Marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of CPV (Cost Per View), ROI (Return on Investment), and performance-driven campaign metrics.
• Proven experience working with lifestyle, entertainment, gaming, tech, or similar creator categories.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
