Influencer Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage influencer relationships, negotiate collaborations, and support end-to-end campaign execution. This role is well-suited for individuals who understand social media platforms and are interested in building a career in influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and shortlist relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube
• Communicate with influencers through email, direct messages, and calls in a professional manner
• Pitch collaboration opportunities and assist in closing influencer partnerships
• Coordinate content timelines, deliverables, and approvals with influencers
• Maintain accurate influencer databases and follow-up records
• Support influencer campaign execution and assist with basic reporting and tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic negotiation and relationship-management abilities
• Understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and Reels
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
• Willingness to work onsite and adapt in a fast-paced environment
