Influencer Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who can think strategically and execute creatively. This role demands a creator-first mindset, where you are directly involved in content ideation, shooting, editing, and publishing, while also managing calendars, campaigns, and analytics. You will play a key role in shaping the brands digital presence and ensuring our content stays relevant, engaging, and impactful.

• Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
• Independently create content including:
• Reels / short-form videos
• Static posts & carousels
• Captions, hooks, and basic copy
• Shoot and edit content using mobile (as required)
• Ideate content themes, trends, and formats aligned with brand goals
• Maintain and manage the monthly content calendar
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, performance, content) for campaigns
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
• Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator
• Strong hands-on content creation skills
• Comfortable being on camera and/or directing shoots when required
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, InShot, Adobe tools (basic)
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends and storytelling
• Ability to write engaging, platform-specific captions
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
• Strong ownership, time management, and attention to detail

• Experience managing brand or agency social media accounts
• Knowledge of performance marketing basics
• Experience with influencer collaborations
• Portfolio or live social handles showcasing self-created content
