About the Role

Were looking for someone who knows the creator & marketing world, loves fast-paced execution, and can handle clients like a pro. Your job: Run influencer campaigns end-to-end and make sure brands get exactly what theyre looking for.

What Youll Do

• Run influencer campaigns from start to finish
• Source, shortlist, and build influencer lists for brands
• Negotiate deliverables, deadlines, and budgets with influencers
• Be the go-to person for clients clear communication, zero confusion
• Create campaign proposals, timelines, and cost sheets
• Track every deliverable and make sure things go out on time
• Analyse performance and prepare clean, insight-driven reports
• Work closely with creative, design, and video teams to make campaigns pop

What Were Looking For

• 6 months 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or client servicing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube & the creator space & marketing.
• Solid negotiation and communication skills
• Super organized, detail-focused, and great at multitasking
• Agency or brand-side experience is a bonus
