The Gist of What You'll Do:

• Influencer Campaign Management: Take ownership of end-to-end influencer campaignsfrom planning and execution to tracking and optimizationensuring seamless operations throughout.
• Creator Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure smooth onboarding, timely deliverables, and high-quality content creation.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflows and processes to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Dive: Analyze performance metrics across campaigns, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to achieve campaign goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align operational goals and ensure smooth execution without direct brand-side communication.

Requirements

• Influencer Operations Pro: Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end with a strong focus on operations and execution.
• Social Media Knowledge: Understanding of influencer platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and more, and how they function within campaign contexts.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to oversee multiple campaign elements and ensure that every step is executed flawlessly.
• Problem Solver: Skilled at troubleshooting issues, resolving delays, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing performance data and applying insights to optimize campaigns.
• Communication Clarity: Ability to coordinate with influencers and internal teams effectively, ensuring clarity and accountability.
• Adaptable: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot strategies as needed.
