ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Influencer Sourcing and Shortlisting

This responsibility covers identifying, filtering, and finalizing the right influencers for different campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a Google Form for each campaign to collect influencer details.
• Circulate the form across relevant influencer communities and internal databases to gather responses.
• Scout influencers manually based on campaign requirements and brand fit.
• Reach out to potential influencers directly to check interest and availability.
• Maintain and regularly update the influencer database in Google Sheets

2. Commercial Negotiation and Finalization

This involves closing influencers within the allocated budget while maintaining agency margins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clearly communicate deliverables including type of content, number of posts, usage rights, exclusivity, and timelines.
• Negotiate commercials aligned with campaign budget and internal margin expectations.
• Confirm final rates and deliverables in written format.
• Update campaign tracker with finalized commercials and deliverables.

3. Campaign Execution and Coordination

This stage ensures smooth execution once influencers are finalized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call influencers to explain campaign requirements in detail before content creation begins.
• Share clear written briefs including key talking points, mandatory mentions, tagging instructions, and content guidelines.
• Follow up consistently to ensure draft submission within deadline.
• Organize drafts systematically and share them internally for brand approval.
• Communicate brand feedback clearly and ensure required revisions are completed properly.
• Track every stage of content progress in a centralized campaign sheet.

4. Content Approval and Posting Management

This ensures approved content goes live correctly and as per commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inform influencers once content is approved.
• Ensure caption, tagging, and mandatory elements are correctly included before posting.
• Monitor live posts and record live links.
• Follow up for performance insights within the required timeline.
• Collect and compile insights for reporting.

5. Follow-ups and Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular follow-ups for drafts, revisions, posting, and insights.
• Keep campaign tracker updated in real time.
• Escalate delays or issues immediately.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed before payment processing.
• Assist in preparing final performance report with accurate data.
• Revert influencers timely for any queries about payments, forms, campaign etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Instagram metrics
• Google Sheets and Google Forms proficiency
• Basic understanding of engagement rate and analytics
• Negotiation skills

6 months - 1 year agency experience
