About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Influencer Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within a product-based company. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in short-form video ecosystems and knows how to translate viral content into scalable revenue opportunities.

This role requires someone who can blend creativity with analytics and build strong, long-term creator relationships.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies focused on short-form video platforms and creator-first ecosystems.
• Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing TikTok creators (micro, macro & UGC creators).
• Track campaign performance (engagement, conversions, etc.) and optimise accordingly.
• Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and viral content formats.
• Negotiate contracts, usage rights, and long-term partnerships with creators.
• Manage campaign budgets and forecast performance impact.

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with TikTok campaigns.
• Prior experience working in a product-based company (preferred).
• Proven track record of scaling influencer campaigns that drive sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of UGC strategy and performance marketing.
• Experience with influencer marketing tools and tracking platforms.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
