Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.

As an Artist / Creator Manager, youll be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with creators across our roster. Youll act as their primary point of contact, helping them navigate campaigns, brand partnerships, timelines, and expectations, while also ensuring brands receive seamless execution and clear communication.

This is a highly people-facing role that requires strong soft skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask confidently across creators, internal teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with creators and manage day-to-day communication
• Coordinate brand collaborations, deliverables, timelines, and approvals
• Act as a bridge between creators and brands, ensuring clarity and alignment on both sides
• Support creators in growing professionally and representing themselves well in brand partnerships
• Manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with strategy and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution

• Comfortable handling multiple conversations and stakeholders at once
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior exposure to influencer marketing, talent management, or social media is a plus but not mandatory
