1. JOB DESCRIPTION Head Business Development (INFECTION PREVENTION)

Role Purpose:

Lead the national commercialisation of (SQ53 Antiseptic & Disinfectant ) through strategic planning, hospital onboarding, multi-department adoption, and strong scientific engagement. Drive revenue, team performance, distributor partnerships, and category creation in infection prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

Build the national GTM roadmap for ICU, Surgery, Nephrology, Oncology & Critical Care.

Drive hospital activations, contracting, pricing, and grossmargin management.

Engage KOLs & decision makers ICU Heads, ID Specialists, Nephrologists, Surgeons, ICNs.

Present and defend Dorbimex evidence (EN standards, residual kill data, clinical case studies).

Secure SOP/protocol inclusion for catheter care, wound care, dialysis exitsite care, ECMO lines.

Lead the 3member launch team with scientific training and monthly reviews.

Build distributor & pharmachannel partnerships and monitor performance dashboards.

Ensure strict compliance, forecasting accuracy, hospitalpipeline tracking and reporting.

Candidate Profile:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences / MBA preferred.

612+ years in hospital/critical care/pharma/medical device sales.

Must understand ICU workflows, infection control, antiseptic categories.

Proven success in hospital protocol influence.
