Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise in various areas, ensuring successful solution design and delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with diverse teams, analyzing project requirements, and offering insights that drive effective decision-making and project outcomes. You will engage in discussions that enhance project strategies and contribute to the overall success of client initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Analyze project challenges and propose innovative solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Thermo Fisher Sample Manager Laboratory Information and Execution Systems Software . - SAP Interface to SampleManager - LIMS Administrator - LIMS Data Configuration - Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and processes. - Experience with data management and reporting tools. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
