Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise in functional, technical, industry, tools/methods to ensure successful solution design and delivery. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of projects by leveraging your deep knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with client project teams to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance. - Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices. - Provide recommendations and insights to improve processes and optimize performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and automation systems. - Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions. - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in manufacturing engineering. - Familiarity with tools and methods used in manufacturing automation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management and leadership. - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles. - Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - 16 years of full time Education is required.
