Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise (functional, technical, industry, tools/methods) to ensure successful solution design and delivery. You will collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, utilizing your knowledge and skills in Manufacturing Engineering MES. Your typical day will involve providing guidance and support to project teams, analyzing client requirements, and designing effective solutions to meet their needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring successful solution design and delivery. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Provide guidance and support to project teams. - Analyze client requirements and design effective solutions. - Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems. - Experience in implementing MES solutions. - Knowledge of industry-specific tools and methods. - Experience in solution design and delivery. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management. - Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles. - Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - 16 years of full-time education is required.
