Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and industry-oriented professional for the role of Industry Partnerships Lead This role is focused on building and managing strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to drive collaboration, adoption of applied AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technology background, combined with front-facing experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, and the ability to connect industry needs with practical AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Industry Engagement & Partnerships

• Identify and manage partnerships with corporates, startups, and technology firms.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across industries to drive collaboration opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between industry and internal teams to enable co-creation of solutions.

2. Business Development & Stakeholder Management

• Lead conversations with industry partners to understand their business challenges and requirements.
• Design and propose partnership models, pilot programs, and collaboration frameworks.
• Drive revenue-generating opportunities through partnerships and ecosystem development.

3. Applied AI Integration

• Work closely with internal teams to align industry needs with applied AI use cases.
• Translate business problems into technology-driven solutions (no deep AI expertise required, but strong conceptual understanding expected).
• Support the development of AI-enabled workflows and practical implementations.

4. Technology & Market Awareness

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends in AI, and industry innovations.
• Track market developments and identify opportunities for strategic engagement.
• Continuously explore new sectors and use cases for expansion.

5. Program & Ecosystem Development

• Facilitate collaboration between academia, industry, and internal teams.
• Support initiatives related to skilling, innovation programs, and industry-led projects.
• Strengthen the overall ecosystem for sustainable partnerships.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred).
• 612 years of experience in industry partnerships, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Prior experience in technology-driven environments (IT, AI, digital transformation, or related domains).
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive partnerships.
