This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for an Industry 4.0 Digital Transformation Sales Professional. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities in the Industry 4.0 space, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales for IENERGY's digital transformation solutions. The professional will collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs, showcase IENERGYs value-driven solutions, prepare proposals, and manage end-to-end sales cycles. This role also requires tracking market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to strategic growth objectives.
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management, preferably in Industry 4.0, SaaS, or technology-driven platforms.
- Knowledge of Digital Transformation concepts, including IoT, Machine Learning, and Enterprise Risk Management frameworks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solution recommendations.
- Experience with CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting is a plus.
- A background in engineering, technology, or business is preferred, with a bachelors or masters degree in a related field.
- Collaborative team player with a self-driven and proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
