Position: Industrial Relations Specialist

Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)

Experience: 710 Years

Qualification: Masters in HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or relevant qualification

Language Requirement: Fluency in Marathi (mandatory)



About the Role

The role is responsible for managing Industrial Relations activities within a manufacturing setup, ensuring harmonious labour-management relations, maintaining discipline, handling grievances, managing flexible manpower, and ensuring statutory compliance.



Responsibilities

  • Manage union interactions and employee relations matters.
  • Handle disciplinary cases, domestic inquiries, and grievance resolution.
  • Oversee recruitment and management of flexible/contract manpower and apprentices.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement and reward & recognition initiatives.
  • Participate in IR audits and coordinate with relevant authorities when required.


Qualifications

Masters in HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or relevant qualification
