Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)
Experience: 710 Years
Qualification: Masters in HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or relevant qualification
Language Requirement: Fluency in Marathi (mandatory)
About the Role
The role is responsible for managing Industrial Relations activities within a manufacturing setup, ensuring harmonious labour-management relations, maintaining discipline, handling grievances, managing flexible manpower, and ensuring statutory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage union interactions and employee relations matters.
- Handle disciplinary cases, domestic inquiries, and grievance resolution.
- Oversee recruitment and management of flexible/contract manpower and apprentices.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement and reward & recognition initiatives.
- Participate in IR audits and coordinate with relevant authorities when required.
Qualifications
Masters in HR / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or relevant qualification
