Job Description & Summary:
Seeking a dynamic Sales Senior Manager/Director with a strong background in the Metals & Mining sector, specializing in structuring and selling, large multi-competency deals. This role demands expertise in full-cycle business development and the orchestration of complex, high-impact client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales efforts by structuring and selling for Manufacturing sector.
- Support in structuring and converting large deals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, formulate engagement plans, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead selected complex client engagements from inception to delivery, ensuring impactful results and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for business expansion and cross-selling.
Mandatory skill sets:
- Strong sales acumen in the manufacturing sector.
- Expertise in structuring and selling large deals.
- Proven capabilities in full-cycle business development.
Preferred skill sets:
- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies used in large-scale project implementation.
Years of experience required: 12 years +
