In SAP programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects within an organisation. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Working in SAP programme management, you will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions.

Job Description

A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients maximize the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions

*Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to achieve organizational goals.

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflows across departments.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Manage resources effectively, including workforce, materials, and equipment.

Collaborate with department heads to align operational activities with company objectives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure effective supply chain management.

*Mandatory skill sets 

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive improvements.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

*Preferred skill sets 

Experience with ERP systems and other operations management software.

Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Ability to manage change and lead in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of lean management principles or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
