Job Description & Summary:

We are seeking an esteemed IT leader to join our team as a Senior IT Operations Leader. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in resolving business challenges through innovative technology solutions, enhancing cost efficiency, user experience, and productivity. With a proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformations across Asia and Europe, the candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within our organization

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational transformation of IT services across multiple regions, utilizing cloud, SDWAN, and SAAS technologies to create a shared services platform.
  • Manage relationships with Territory CIOs, CISOs, and Infrastructure leads to promote regional and global collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to transform facilities globally, aligning cloud-based business requirements with in-house applications, achieving significant cost savings.
  • Create roadmaps to consolidate and reduce reliance on legacy infrastructure, enhancing business uptime and performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deploy secure systems and protect intellectual property and research facilities globally.
  • Standardize connectivity platforms and supplier bases to achieve substantial cost savings and improve service delivery.
  • Champion innovation and drive teams to think creatively to meet organizational priorities

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Proven leadership skills in managing global and regional teams, driving business outcomes, and fostering collaboration.
  • Strong expertise in building high-performing technology solutions to enhance IT services and achieve productivity gains

Preferred skill sets:

  • Recognized as an "Innovation Champion" for offsetting IT costs and driving higher adoption of shared services
  • Recent certification in ITIL V4

Years of experience required:

Extensive experience in IT service management practices, such as ITIL, ensuring alignment with business needs and service level agreements.

Education qualification:

Educational background in Electronics Engineering, MBA, and multiple postgraduate diplomas in innovation and design thinking
