Responsibilities:

Strategi 

c Account Management:

Drive account farming initiatives to expand services and deepen relationships within existing client accounts.



Cultivate an understanding of client business needs to identify further opportunities for value-added services.



Develop tailored strategies for each client that align with their long-term goals, ensuring that our solutions deliver ongoing value.

Delivery Ownership and Excellence:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data analytics projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational standards of excellence.
Establish delivery methodologies that ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes, driving efficiency and innovation in service delivery.
Facilitate regular client check-ins and feedback sessions to proactively address concerns and adapt service offerings based on evolving needs.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain and enhance strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and opportunities to drive additional business within the client portfolio.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of service throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with project teams, data scientists, and analysts to ensure effective execution of delivery plans and adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to align account strategies and discuss potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Contribute insights from client interactions to inform service development and operational improvements.

Mandatory skill sets:

Expertise in Account Management
Strong Client Relationship Management

Preferred skill sets:

Experience in Data Analytics
Understanding of the GCC landscape

12-16

Education qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA / MCA
