Job Description

Responsibility Description

  1. Develop and execute the company's short-term and long-term strategic plans; ensure company strategy aligns with market trends and customer needs; formulate and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Design and optimize the operations management system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; coordinate the functioning of various departments to ensure smooth overall company operations; manage projects and resource allocation to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
  3. Optimize human resource allocation to ensure job-talent fit; conduct employee training and development programs to enhance overall team competency; continuously improve organizational structure to increase corporate flexibility and adaptability.
  4. Develop and monitor company budgets to ensure effective fund utilization; prepare and review financial reports to ensure financial transparency and compliance; provide financial analysis and support to assist management in making informed decisions.
  5. Analyze sales data, develop improvement measures to enhance sales performance; adjust product and service strategies based on customer needs; maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, major in Supply Chain Logistics or Marketing related field preferred. Chinese nationality preferred.
  2. 10+ years of experience in international express / freight forwarding / supply chain industry. Candidates with experience in competing firms within the industry or demonstrating exceptional performance are preferred.
  3. Familiar with the development landscape of the freight forwarding industry; possesses the ability to formulate and implement strategic plans; familiar with the company's product advantages, overall industry situation, and market dynamics; proficient in local international air and sea freight operational processes; possesses localized/regional exclusive resources (channels, customer base, products); has successful team management practices.
  4. Proficiency in office software, skilled in MS Office operations; English proficiency to working language level.
  5. Excellent customer acquisition and communication skills, coordination skills, results-oriented and problem-solving abilities; high sense of responsibility, dedication, innovative thinking, and ability to continuously improve work methods and service quality.
