Scope: India P&L, Market Expansion, GCC & Enterprise Growth


Role Overview


Our client is a global technology and talent solutions organization enabling enterprises and GCCs to scale operations, build domain capabilities, and drive growth through integrated delivery and market expertise. They are seeking a commercially driven Country Head Business to lead and scale its India operations beyond a manpower-led services model. This role is central to building enterprise and GCC-led business, strengthening senior client relationships, and expanding our client's presence across strategic technology and domain areas.


This is a market-building leadership role , suited for an entrepreneurial operator with strong agency, decision-maker access, and the ability to convert opportunity into sustained revenue.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and scale the India business P&L , with clear revenue and margin accountability
  • Build and deepen enterprise and GCC client relationships , particularly in technology-led transformation programs
  • Drive growth through relationship-led access , not transactional selling
  • Expand solution-led offerings in partnership with competency and delivery teams
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing account, delivery, and recruitment teams
  • Act as the face of our client India with clients, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Singapore and regional leadership on multi-country delivery and growth initiatives


Ideal Profile


  • 15+ years in IT services, consulting, or technology-led businesses
  • Proven experience building or scaling India GCCs / enterprise accounts
  • Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated revenue ownership
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and growth environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term value creation focus
  • The compensation framework will be open to value creation upside/equity-style incentives (ESOP) for key senior hires and the management team.
