Export Business Academy is expanding its Campus2Global initiative across colleges in Tamil Nadu and were inviting driven, confident, people-oriented professionals to join us as Independent Business Associates (IBAs) .

This is not a traditional job .

This is an entrepreneurial role for people who want ownership, freedom, and unlimited earning potential.

As an Independent Business Associate, you will represent Campus2Global , a career-focused workshop designed to help students build global careers and enter the export & international business ecosystem.

You will:

• Engage with colleges
• Conduct high-impact student workshops
• Present our membership programs
• Earn commissions based purely on performance

There is no fixed salary and thats exactly why top performers love this role.

What Youll Do

• Visit colleges and coordinate Campus2Global workshops
• Deliver engaging presentations to 50300 students
• Promote and sell Export Business Academy memberships
• Build strong relationships with placement officers, HODs, and coordinators
• Track leads, conversions, and workshop outcomes
• Operate independently while following brand guidelines
