We are focused on operationalizing inclusion—shifting from intent to everyday behavior, from programs to capability, and from aspiration to measurable business impact.
We are raising the bar on our Talent Development & Talent Management strategy focused on building future leaders in the age of AI and driving Tech Excellence.
This role provides a unique opportunity to tread the two focus areas a) Shape the Inclusive Experiences (IX) charter and b) contribute to the Talent Development charter for India — Adobe’s second-largest site globally.
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Development professional with strong Diversity & Inclusion expertise to lead the India IX charter. This individual contributor will architect and embed inclusion into leadership practices, team norms, culture platforms, and business systems—ensuring inclusion drives talent, innovation, and organizational health outcomes. They will also design and execute world class leadership development offerings and journeys.
As the IX program manager, you will:
• Shape and operationalize the India D&I agenda across Pipeline, Candidate, Employee, and Industry pillars.
• Partner with senior leaders to build leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and inclusive culture.
• Bridge enterprise talent strategies with India-specific business and diversity priorities.
• Execute strategic talent development initiatives aligned to business priorities.
You will work closely with India and global HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Corp Comms, Employee Resource Communities (ERCs), Business D&I champions, and global D&I leaders.
Key Focus Areas
1. Drive India’s IX Strategy and Execution
• Translate Adobe’s global IX strategy into a scalable India operating model.
• Embed inclusive practices into leadership behaviors, talent processes, and team norms. Lead activation of listening and feedback mechanisms to convert insight into everyday behaviors at scale.
• Transform Employee Networks into Impact Engines by redesigning employee networks into business-aligned platforms with clear governance and defined outcomes. Connect networks to innovation, talent pipeline, and employer brand.
• Activate the India IX governance model to ensure accountability and scale. Engage senior leaders to co-create priorities and working plans. Establish scorecards and reporting on D&I metrics for India leadership and global stakeholders.
• Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and business stakeholders to make inclusion actionable and measurable.
• Provide outside-in insights using industry benchmarks and best practices.
2. Leadership Development in the age of AI
• Consult with business leaders to diagnose talent needs and align them to scalable development interventions.
• Design innovative learning experiences leveraging behavioral change, coaching, and high-performing team frameworks.
• Facilitate enterprise and tailored leadership programs (virtual, live, blended).
• Contribute to Exec Onboarding and execution of other flagship leadership development programs.
What You’ll Do
• Integrate IX efforts across Talent Acquisition (University, Branding, Internal Mobility, Leadership Hiring), Talent Management, HRBPs, Corp Comms, ERCs, and BU D&I Champions.
• Build scalable inclusion capability models with toolkits, behavioral guides, learning frameworks, and manager playbooks
• Provide expert consultation on leadership development and inclusive team effectiveness.
• Collaborate in a global matrix environment to ensure alignment with enterprise strategies.
• Drive data-informed decision-making using talent analytics.
• Build trusted relationships with Directors, Sr. Directors, VPs, and India Management Team members.
What You Need to Succeed
• 8–15 years of experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, or D&I.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (advanced degree in Organizational Development or related field preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in:
 D&I strategy, operations, and governance
 Leadership development at scale
 Data-driven program design and evaluation
• Strong understanding of Tech industry and business dynamics. Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Proven ability to convert strategy into scalable talent and inclusion solutions.
• Excellent facilitation, executive presence, and influencing skills.
• Strong program management capability (plan, communicate, execute, measure).
• Industry knowledge and passion for fostering Adobe for All.
Desired Qualifications
• Established network of D&I professionals and Talent Development practitioners
• Coaching certification or significant leadership coaching experience.
• Certification in organizational and individual assessment tools.
