What Youll Do:

Lead IPC processes to ensure service reliability and minimize downtime

Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures

Manage change requests to reduce risk and ensure smooth deployments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Prepare and present IPC performance reports

What Were Looking For:

Strong experience in ITIL framework and IPC processes

Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

ITIL certification preferred
