Must-Have

  1. At least  4 years of development or production support experience in Dot Net, Oracle PL/SQL
  2. Strong background in software development & maintenance to support business requirements and projects
  3. Ability to debug code for complex issues, Data trouble shooting
  4. Strong Communication, Coordination & Customer interaction skills.
  5. Very good understanding of Incident management lifecycle and adherence to SLAs
  6. Willing to work in shift model
  7. Self-learner, Initiative/Proactiveness (Problem Solving skills)

Good-to-Have

  • Experience in Agile delivery framework
  • Experience on DevOps tools like JIRA, Jenkins, Nexus, urban code, Github etc
  • Good knowledge on Incident Management tool like Service Now
  • Understanding of Capital Market domain; Investment Financial Services Applications
  • Candidate must be willing to learn new tools / technologies required for project
  • Experience in SSIS, SSRS and SSAS
  • Python Scripting
  • PowerBI
  • Automation tools like (Ex. IBM Urbancode – UCD).
