Incharge Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled product manager to lead the development and launch of our BHIM product. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the fintech industry, digital payments, and blockchain technology. The goal is to create a seamless, user-friendly, and secure experience for customers, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision and Strategy: Define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for BHIM , aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyzing customer needs, trends, and competitor landscape to inform product development and growth.
3. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and finance, to develop and launch BHIM products , ensuring that it meets customer needs and regulatory requirements.
4. Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as user adoption, transaction volume, and customer satisfaction, to inform product optimization and growth.
5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry partners, to ensure compliance and collaboration.
6. Innovation and Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to continuously improve the BHIM product and stay competitive.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on fintech, digital payments, or related fields.
3. Skills:

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital payments, and fintech ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.

1. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a certification in product management, are desirable.
