We are hiring for multiple openings in an Inbound Voice (IB Voice) process for one of our clients. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong experience in BPO / Voice Operations , including leadership, training, and quality roles.

Location: Gurgaon (On-site only)

• Sr. Manager Operations

• Quality Analyst (QA)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support inbound voice operations
• Ensure adherence to SLA, quality, and compliance standards
• Team management, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Conduct training, refresher sessions, and process updates
• Perform quality audits, provide feedback, and drive improvements
• Handle escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders

Key Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in IB Voice / BPO Operations
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• People management and process knowledge
• Exposure to training and/or quality frameworks is a plus
• Candidates must be available for immediate joining
