About the Role

Were looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our inside sales function. This role requires a proven track record in edtech SaaS sales , with expertise in generating and qualifying leads, building strong pipelines, running high-impact demos, and consistently closing deals.

You will own the end-to-end inside sales cycle and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for India and emerging SEA markets.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads across the education sector.
  • Manage outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and webinars.

Sales Execution

  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery calls, product demos, proposal discussions, and negotiations.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers with strong closing ability.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Data & Reporting

  • Track sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast revenue.
  • Optimize processes for faster cycles and higher conversion.


Who You Are

  • 35 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in edtech SaaS / B2B SaaS sales.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, nurturing, and closing enterprise or institutional clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.
