Inbound Loan Qualification Executive

Location: In-Office

OneNDF is a fintech platform focused on property-backed loans, helping customers and businesses access the right financing solutions through a simplified and guided process.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Inbound Loan Qualification Executive who is fluent in Tamil and/or Telugu. This is an in-office role where the candidate will handle inbound customer enquiries, understand their loan requirements, and qualify leads for the next stage of the process.

• Attend inbound calls from customers interested in property-backed loan solutions
• Understand the customers requirement and profile them accurately
• Ask relevant qualification questions related to loan requirement, property, income, business profile, and funding need
• Assess whether the lead fits the basic eligibility criteria
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover and follow-up
• Ensure professional, polite, and clear communication with all customers
• Meet daily call handling and lead qualification targets

• Fluency in Tamil and/or Telugu is mandatory
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English preferred
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls throughout the day
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, lead qualification, or loan sales is preferred
• Basic understanding of loans, banking, or financial services will be an advantage
• Strong listening skills and ability to ask the right questions
• Comfortable working from office in a structured environment
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM/data sheets
