Job Description & Summary:
A career within Information Technology as an Aura Application Support Specialist involves providing technical support and maintenance for applications developed using the Aura framework. The role ensures system performance and reliability while collaborating with development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Aura-based applications.
- Diagnose and resolve application errors, performance issues, and user-reported problems.
- Monitor the performance and health of Aura applications to identify and address potential issues.
- Provide training and guidance to users and other support team members on Aura application features.
- Collaborate with development teams to address recurring issues and improve application functionality.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status, resolutions, and application updates
Mandatory skill sets:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for issues.
- Understanding of cloud services and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offerings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation workflows and integrations.
Preferred skill sets:
Familiarity with ticketing systems and support tools
Years of experience required:
4+ years and above.
Education qualification:
Any UG/PG
