Responsibilities:

Key Skills

Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, critical thinking, collaboration and decision-making skills
Possess a positive and energetic attitude, with a view to moving the business forward
Strong self-management and ability to work in ambiguity
Experience building and leading development and support teams that design and deliver highly reliable and scalable systems leveraging one or more technologies here like .NET, Java, React & backend technologies like Python, Nodejs, PostgreSQL, Oracle or SQL Server
Experience with project management of development teams in major cloud technology modernization initiatives and programs such as Azure, GCP, AWS and/or other platform offerings.
Strong knowledge of SQL Development/Datawarehouse experience, business requirements elicitation, data analysis.
Understanding & Knowledge of Automation and Continuous Improvements.
Experience developing IT solutions in a SaaS environment including know how of application configuration/development
Strong domain knowledge on pharma around areas like distribution supply chain
Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as agile software development, rapid prototyping, and DevOps)
Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Understanding of architecture, design principles to guide the development team

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in leading projects or programs with varying complexities under different tech stacks.
Minimum 12 years of total IT experience
Proven track record in capacity management and project estimation
Strong background having breadth of experience and technical knowledge
Lead teams to rationalize, optimize and support applications for maximum speed and scalability with industry best practices.
Proven experience leading a team in a regulated industry including but not limited to, understanding regulations, SOPs, computer systems validation, and change control.
Preferred to have experience / interest related to Pharma domain
Preferred certification in one of fields PMP, PMI, PRINCE II, Safe , CSM, SEI etc
Knowledge in ITIL, Service Now, JIRA
