Job Description & Summary: A career within…. We focus on a collection of organisational technology capabilities, including business intelligence, data management, and data assurance that help our clients drive innovation, growth, and change within their organisations in order to keep up with the changing nature of customers and technology. We make impactful decisions by mixing mind and machine to leverage data, understand and navigate risk, and help our clients gain a competitive edge. 

Responsibilities:

• 4-5 years of overall experience with a strong functional understanding of web application development and use cases in the context of Python/Django-based projects.
• Experience with DSA Concepts.
• Very strong database skills with at least 4+ years of experience – including schema design, normalization, various types of joins, and RDBMS concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL is required, along with experience working with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.
• 3+ years of experience in backend scripting using Python and frameworks like Django/Flask. Hands-on experience with Django ORM is a must.
• Strong understanding of API/Webservice development and integration, including RESTful APIs.
  Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, or HTML is an added advantage
• Continuously improve data workflows, processing speeds, and data storage strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure data engineering practices align with company goals and data-driven initiatives.
