Responsibilities:

o Client Engagement and Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing challenges. Design and develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.

o Digital Marketing and SEO/SEM: Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

o Customer Acquisition Strategies: Design and implement client-specific customer acquisition strategies to drive growth in key markets. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives.

o Customer Target Identification and Segmentation: Identify target customer segments and develop tailored strategies to effectively reach and engage them. Utilize data analytics and market research to gain insights into customer behaviors and preferences.

o Marketing Spend Analysis: Evaluate and analyze marketing spend to ensure efficient resource allocation and budget optimization. Develop client-specific dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and ROI.

o Campaign Management: Manage, monitor, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns for clients. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

o Customer journeys: Analyze the existing customer journeys and identify and implement various initiatives for digitization and optimization of existing journeys for enhanced lead conversions and activations

o Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach and enhance value propositions.

o Digital initiatives: Lead and identify various digital initiatives to reduce customer acquisition costs and increase efficiency

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

· 4+ years of experience within the banking, financial services, or payments domain for digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and campaign management, preferably.

· Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, marketing and analytics platforms

· Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

· Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consulting, specifically within the financial services industry.
