The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a complex IT systems implementation project from inception to completion. This role requires extensive experience in IT project management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and oversee a large IT systems implementation projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget. Establish clear project objectives and deliverables.
- Team Management: Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, including IT staff, vendors, and business stakeholders. Foster collaboration and ensure effective communication.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Engage with stakeholders to confirm requirements, schedule design sessions and user acceptance testing, address concerns, and provide updates.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to project implementation. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and resolve issues promptly. Establish key solution performance benchmarks throughout the development timeline to validate early the design will handle the volume of data and users.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions by implementing Agile methodology in project management and IT systems development.
- Change Management: Support change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of new IT systems.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-implementation reviews.

Other requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful IT systems implementations. Experience with ERP, CRM, or other large-scale IT systems is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development life cycle. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of managing complex projects and resolving issues effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
