A career in our Regulatory Compliance practice, within Risk and Compliance services, will provide you the opportunity to work with a team that provides clients with extensive risk and controls technical knowledge and sector specific experience. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a holistic approach to risk that protects businesses, facilitates strategic decision making and enhances efficiency by assisting management in the assessment of project risks and controls.Our team works with clients to understand and address enterprise risk, the regulatory landscape and the client’s regulatory profile. You’ll help clients improve and operate solutions to manage risk and monitor compliance as well as keep informed on changes in the regulatory landscape that assist our clients in maintaining compliance.
*Responsibilities:
Compliance Tool Implementation:
1.Good understanding of global compliance program rollouts, compliance reviews and audits
2. Business development experience with good network of industry’s CXOs (like legal, compliance and HR heads)
3. Excellent client management skills & ability to manage larger projects independently.
4. Good team management (including geographically spread team)
5. Excellent communicator with an ability to build healthy and productive relations with the clients and team
*Mandatory skill sets:
Drafting Compliance Checklists:
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, roadmap development, requirements gathering and product launch
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for product development (including prototyping, final product, and product iterations) by engineering teams.
- Define and gather business requirements, content, workflow, KPIs and design the solution
- Create product documents that describe business requirements, business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue etc.
- Analyze the requirements and prioritize the said requirements accordingly, based on the product scope and roadmap defined with the business and tech team.
- Identify processes, document gaps, and provide solutions to bridge gaps and enhance processes for customer migration to the standard model.
- Create User stories and test Cases based on the captured requirements.
*Preferred skill sets:
- Prior experience in Legal tech domain and Contract Lifecycle Management, including a good understanding of system configuration and integration
- Effective presentation skills
- Experience with customer journey, from business analysis, assessment of processes and design of solutions
- Must be detail-oriented, able to process and analyze information, and be able to make appropriate decisions and solve problems quickly and accurately
- Previous experience of being a Full Stack developer (is a plus)
