You will work closely with clients to assess HR processes, policies, and systems, and provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models. Your work will involve assisting clients in optimising their HR function to align with business objectives and enhance HR service quality.

You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.
Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an HR technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead the implementation of new HR systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Manage system upgrades and enhancements, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of HR systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally and securely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on HR technology tools.
- Collaborate with HR technology vendors to ensure service levels are met and issues are resolved.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide insights into key HR metrics.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive HR data.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and regulations in HR technology, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external laws and standards.
- Manage and oversee the HCIM budget, resources, and governance, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and transparency.
- Providing technical and functional support and guidance to the project team and end-users, and resolving any issues or escalations
- Documenting and updating the project documentation, policies, procedures, and best practices.
Mandatory skill sets:
Develop and implement an HR technology strategy, implementation of new HR systems, HR Operations
Preferred skill sets:
Human Resource, stakeholder management
Years of experience required:
7-10 years of experience in HR systems implementation and support
Education qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology/systems management or related field
MBA in HR / Systems management with experience in HR information system will be preferred
