Job Description & Summary: Candidate must have good communication skills, have worked as a Lead Business Analysts in area of Reference Data Management. Good understanding of Securities set up or working with Client entities set up. Strong exposure to handle large volumes of data coming from multiple source systems as Vendors (e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters etc.), Exchanges and internal systems. Must understand data quality concepts such as accuracy, completeness, validity etc. Must be good at data analysis using SQL for data quality issue identification and tracking. Candidate is required to work with Senior stakeholders as data owners. stewards to drive data management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will be working as Senior Business Analysts, implementing data initiatives, analysis data quality issues, formulate remediation plan and tracking. Require client handling skills, mentor junior person in team and support team engagement initiatives

Mandatory skill sets:

SQL (Intermediate level) Investment Banking domain Capital Market Domain

Preferred skill sets:

Data transformation in Mandatory domain Python, Tableau/Power BI
